We are here to ensure the smooth running of your perfectly planned event. We work on a range of events, whether corporate, entertainment or weddings.

‘On-The-Day’ coordination is a service designed for those who have planned their own event, but require a helping hand to make sure the day itself runs smoothly.

At Renike Grace Events, we adapt to your needs and work with you to create a seamless and memorable event or wedding day. We care about every detail of your event just as much as you do, and will ensure it all runs the way you envisage.

Renike Grace Event services include (but are not limited to)

Meeting a few weeks prior to the event to run through the details of the day and a handover.
Contacting your suppliers and putting together a full event schedule for everyone to follow.
Creating a timeline of your event and coordinating the order of events.
Ensuing all the suppliers are there on time and know where they need to be.
Discreet dealing with any eventualities to ensure your day runs as smoothly as intended.

Wow we don't even know where to start with Renike Grace events and their amazing service that they provided for our wedding! Throughout the process Renike has been incredibly supportive and proactive.
